Biden Not YET President-Elect

Biden is not OFFICIALLY President-Elect until Congress certifies the votes. It takes Just ONE Representative and ONE Senator to object (I'm fairly sure Texas Senator Ted Cruz COULD be the one Objection in the senate, Possibly Kevin McCarthy of California on the house side. If these two object to the certification, It will invoke the 12th Amendment of the constitution and the whole process comes down to votes in the house for president and in the senate for Vice President. Each state in both chambers will get only one vote regardless how many representatives a state has. For Example, California has the most representatives of any state, 55 of them. However, like the other 49 states, California does not get 55 votes, it only gets ONE.

In the 2020 Election, Republicans got a majority of delegates in the house. So if every delegation voted on party lines, Biden would lose 24-26.

On the senate side, regardless of the GA Runoff Election, Harris could also lose. Unlike the house, each state only has 2 senators. However the same rules apply to their VP Elections, only one vote per state.

As of December 17, 2020 48 Democrats and 50 Republicans make up the senate for the upcoming congress. IF both Democrats win the GA Runoff, that would split the Senate 50/50 and make Vice-President Pence the tie-breaker. Again, if all senators vote along party lines, including Pence, Harris loses.

If the Uncumbent Senators in GA (Both Republican) get reelected, the situation gets even more dire for Kamala Harris. With a 48-52 Majority, Pence won't need to vote if senate votes along party lines, Pence is as good as Re-elected!

Again, this all only starts if ONE Representative and ONE Senator object to the certification in Congress.

Granted, Rinos Like Mitt Romney Most likely will not vote on party lines! Which makes the Reelection in the GA Runoff CRUCIAL in this scenario.
