Proposal for state elections

Here is my proposal for Statewide Elections (Positions that represent the entire state, 

ie Governor and US Senator.)

The United States uses what is called "Electoral College". the way the EC works is it gives each state X number 

of votes based on population. California has 54 and Wyoming has 3, based on population, 

California has the most people while Wyoming has the least.

Let's break down the idea of a statewide electoral college using my state of Washington as an example.

Washington Has 39 counties, ranging from the most populated county (King) with Seattle in it's borders, Population: 2,287,171, to the least Populated County, Garfield County, with a population of 2,353.

Each county has a set number of Electoral votes based on population. 

The following Counties have over half a million people in them: King County, Pierce County, Snohomish County,

Spokane County and Clark County. They get 5 votes each. Only Spokane lies east of the Cascades. Clark County is home to Vancouver Washington, the rest lie within the Puget Sound Region, in the Seattle metro area.

The breakdown would likely be Largely democrat in this group with each county going (D) except Spokane, which would likely be a swing county.

For sake of Argument we'll give Spokane to the Republicans Tally so far: 20 Democrat, 5 Republican

5 counties down, 34 to go.

The next group have a population over 100,000: Thurston County, Kitsap County, Yakima County, Whatcom County, 

Benton County, Skagit County, Cowlitz County & Grant County. This group is a bit more widespread with 3 counties 

East of the Cascades and 4 west of the Cascades. they get a total of 4 votes each.

Democrats: 12, Repblicans:  12

Another 7 counties down, 27 to go.

The Next group has over 50,000 population: Franklin County, Island County, Lewis County, Chelan County, 

Clallam County, Grays Harbor County, Mason County & Walla Walla County. 

This group so far is the largest in numbers at 8 counties and gets a total of 3 votes each.

Democrats: 15, Republicans: 9

Our next group has a population over 20,000 each and has 2 votes each: Stevens County, Kittitas County, 

Whitman County, Douglas County, Okanogan County, Jefferson County, Pacific County, Klickitat County, 

Asotin County & Adams County.

largest group by number with 10 Counties.

Democrats: 4 Republicans: 16

Our final group, rounds off the remaining counties with populations UNDER 20,000 and 1 vote each. San Juan County, 

Pend Oreille County, Skamania County, Lincoln County, Ferry County, Wahkiakum County, Columbia County & Garfield County.

This group is mostly Republican with only Wahkiakum and San Juan Possibly going to Dems.

Democrats: 2 Republican: 6 

Average Tally Statewide:

Democrats: 53

Republicans: 48

Keep in mind however, that there are 8 swing counties, 15 democrat counties and 

16 Republican counties. The average assumes the Dems get all swing votes. The 8 swing counties would balance the outcomes considerably.

for example, in the 2024 election, Of the 39 counties, Harris (D) only held 10 Counties, 

Trump (R) held 29.

Biden's out, Harris in...wait a minute, not so fast!

 Biden is one of few presidents to end a reelection campaign; Who were the others?

No other president seeking reelection has dropped out so late. President Harry S. Truman, after serving the better part of two terms, pulled out of the 1952 race in late March, after failing to win over a majority of voters at the New Hampshire Democratic presidential primary. President Lyndon B. Johnson later dropped out of the 1968 election, amid low approval ratings.

Does that make Harris the new Democrat Nominee? No!

Biden was not formally named the party nominee. At the DNC Convention the following month, during a virtual roll call would be when Biden was expected to be the official nominee.

Harris, who is the only candidate who can directly tap into the Biden war chest under federal campaign finance rules, stands as the party’s favorite to win the nomination.

Democrats are starting with an open convention.  An open convention means delegates could cast their ballot for any candidate. The candidate who gets a simple majority wins the nomination. If no candidate gets that simple majority, superdelegates will also vote. Biden can't pass his delegates off to Harris or any other candidate. In that regard, Harris is on her own and has to win the delegates on her own. It's not yet clear if anyone will challenge Harris for the Democratic nomination.

Polls have shown very little difference from Biden. Across recent polls, Harris trails Trump by two percentage points nationally on average, 46 percent to 48 percent. This is an improvement over Biden’s standing in the race: He trailed Trump by three percentage points in the polling average, 47 percent to 44 percent.

Presidential Assassination Attempts

Most victims of Presidential assassinations or attempts have been Republican, Trump being the latest victim (with two democrats). Here's what I know of these assassinations:

Assassin: Richard Lawrence, Target: Andrew Jackson 

Verdict: Not guilty by reason of insanity (He was British born non-partisan and claimed to be King Richard III)

Assassin: John Wilkes Booth, Target: Abraham Lincoln (R)

Booth, a Democrat and Confederate sympathizer shot and killed Lincoln and was killed himself a few days later.

Assassin: Charles Julius Guiteau, Target: James Garfield (R) 

Guiteau, a self-described Republican loyalist was convinced that Garfield was going to destroy the Republican Party by scrapping the patronage system.

Assassin: Leon Czolgosz, Target: William McKinley (R) 

Czolgosz, an Leftist Anarchist shot and killed McKinley and was Executed 45 days after McKinley's death by electric chair.

Assassin: John Schrank, Target: Theodore Roosevelt (R)

German born Schrank suffered from Hallucinations. He shot Roosevelt point blank and had it not been for the 5 page speech folded up in the president's spectacle case, The assassination may have been successful

Assassin: Lee Harvey Oswald, Target: John F. Kennedy (D) 

Oswald, a self-described Marxist and Soviet sympathizer shot and killed Kennedy and was killed himself a two days later.

Assassin: John Hinckley Jr., Target: Ronald Reagan (R) 

Hinckley, a schizophrenic shot and injured Reagan trying to impress actress Jodie Foster and was found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Assassin: Thomas Matthew Crooks, Target: Donald Trump (R) 

Crooks used an AR-15-style semi-automatic rifle that was allegedly purchased by his father to fire eight rounds from a rooftop around 400 feet north of the stage. He wounded Trump on the right ear, killed an audience member, and critically injured two others. He was killed by a Secret Service Counter Assault Team sniper immediately after the shooting. Crooks was a registered Republican, However, on January 20, 2021, at the age of 17, he donated $15 to the Progressive Turnout Project, a liberal voter turnout group, through the Democratic Party donation platform ActBlue. His donation was made the same day Joe Biden was sworn into office. *

The first presidential debate of 2024.

I'll be honest. I didn't have much expectations on this debate for 3 reasons:

Dana Nash &

Jake Tapper.

None of whom are "big Trump fans".

A week of preparation for Biden and even on his own turf, blundered and failed miserably. Imagine what his performance would have looked like if he came unprepared.

Trump came out fighting. He called out Biden's border policy and the deaths that border policy caused. He forced Biden to admit the inflation was on his watch. Plus much more. Clearly Trump won this round. 

Rumors are abound that CNN essentially gave this one to Trump. The idea is to give the DNC an excuse to nominate someone other then Biden. We shall see. On to the second debate.

TREASON! Biden should be in prison.

Biden committed Treason in the first 100 days in office. He continues to commit treason every day. How can I make such a bold claim? Simple, he violated his constitutional duties to keep the borders secure. He allowed mass illegals to flood our nation. However, he not only committed treason in this act, He's also possibly an accessory to murder and rape by the simple act of allowing these illegals into the country. 

More blood on the hands of Presidents Obama, Biden and those members of Congress who continue to trade lives of Americans in order to pander to illegal alien criminals and their ethnocentric special interest groups. 

Patty Morin, Mother of Rape and Murder victim Rachel Morin, stated it best. “It’s like they’re pretending these immigration problems don’t exist and people aren’t being harmed and killed by their policies, The victims are those that are being killed but also their loved ones that they’ve left behind. It’s devastating to the community.” She is Absolutely correct, Biden and the democrats don't care about these American lives. Their hunger for absolute power is insanity.

Biden's illegal alien death toll adds up.

Just to be clear to President Biden, these countries don't want their best coming to America. They send their criminals so that they won't have to deal with them. At what cost? LIVES you took an oath to protect. You are failing miserably.

The Border MUST be secured. Illegals MUST be deported! Joe Biden and the Democrats are NOT the ones to do it! Joe Biden and the Democrats CREATED this mess!

Liberals quickly point out that "the Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act" was blocked by Trump and republican leaders. The reason is simple, the act does not close the border.

The bill stated that temporary border emergency authority would be automatically activated by the Department of Homeland Security secretary if there is an average of 5,000 or more migrant encounters a day over seven consecutive days — or if there are 8,500 or more such encounters on any single day. 

The problem is, there shouldn't be a "Set number" before DHS does it's job. It should be done at 1, not 5,000. That is called a closed border. 

But a bill isn't really needed. The president has ALWAYS had the power to close the border. Joe Biden refuses to do so.
