Engeron violated at least 5 of Trump's rights under law

Arthur Engeron violated Trumps Constitutional rights:


First Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The 1st Amendment is about Freedom of speech. The notion that the government will not interfere with the ability of the people, the press, or religious groups to express their views or to protest in favor of them. (Gag orders)


Fifth Amendment

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

The 5th Amendment is commonly known as the double jeopardy law. Those tried and acquitted for a crime cannot be tried again for that same crime. Also, the accused cannot be asked to be a witness against themselves.


Sixth Amendment

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.

The 6th Amendment is about the right of all citizens of the United States to a speedy and fair public trial. This also means an impartial jury and the right to a defense counsel and witnesses in their favor. It also infers the concept of the assumption of innocence until proven guilty. (Engeron Made it clear he was biased against Trump, eliminating Fair trial. No Jury.)


Eighth Amendment


Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

The 8th Amendment is a ban on extreme punishments for crimes, focusing on those that are “cruel and unusual” and on excessive fines or bail. (Half a billion...I rest my case on this one.)


Fourteenth Amendment


Section 1

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The 14th Amendment is the assertion that all those born or naturalized within the United States are citizens of the United States. Furthermore, the promise that no state will enforce any law that will damage these privileges in any way. This is also known as the Equal Protection Clause and was ratified on July 9, 1868. (14th states "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, Liberty, or property WITHOUT DUE PROCESS of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." A Bloodbath

 While speaking about the potential loss of U.S. auto manufacturing jobs to foreign countries, former President Donald Trump said if he isn’t elected, “it’s going to be a bloodbath for the country.”

President Joe Biden’s campaign quickly accused Trump of promoting “political violence.” The Trump campaign said Trump was clearly using the term in the context of an economic bloodbath.

“If you actually watch and listen to the section, he was talking about the auto industry and tariffs, Biden’s policies will create an economic bloodbath for the auto industry and autoworkers.”

That explanation seems the most plausible, given the context of Trump’s comments.

Speaking at a rally on the grounds of the Dayton International Airport in Ohio, Trump said that over the last three decades, Mexico has siphoned off U.S. auto manufacturing jobs, and he accused China of building car manufacturing plants in Mexico that will cost U.S. autoworkers their jobs.

Here is the EXACT quote made by Trump: "China now is building a couple of massive plants where they’re going to build the cars in Mexico and think, they think, that they’re going to sell those cars into the United States with no tax at the border. Let me tell you something to China, if you’re listening President Xi, and you and I are friends, but he understands the way I deal. Those big monster car manufacturing plants that you’re building in Mexico right now, and you think you’re going to get that, you’re going to not hire Americans, and you’re going to sell the cars to us? No. We’re going to put a 100% tariff on every single car that comes across the line, and you’re not going to be able to sell those cars. If I get elected. Now, if I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath, for the whole — that’s going to be the least of it. It’s going to be a bloodbath for the country. That’ll be the least of it. But they’re not going to sell those cars."

On Truth Social on March 18, Trump wrote that his words were being purposely taken out of context.

“The Fake News Media, and their Democrat Partners in the destruction of our Nation, pretended to be shocked at my use of the word BLOODBATH, even though they fully understood that I was simply referring to imports allowed by Crooked Joe Biden, which are killing the automobile industry,” Trump wrote, promising that if elected U.S. auto manufacturing “WILL THRIVE LIKE NEVER BEFORE.”

Narratives

Donald Trump has been said to have committed rape and insurrection by the left. He has not been charged, much less convicted of insurrection. He was found not guilty of rape. Democrats are so power mad that they go to great lengths to try and keep Trump from being able to campaign. Resorting to lawfare to tie him up on court. Also trying to financially ruin him.

ABC Had Rep. Nancy Mace on to discuss 2024 campaigns. The host, George Stephanopoulus, immediately asked her how she can support a rapist as she, herself, was a rape victim. Congresswoman Mace proceeded to rip into Stephanopoulus, stating Trump was found not guilty of Rape in a court trial.

Mace continued by drawing differences from her rape and the alleged one with E. Jean Carrol. Starting with Carroll's "jokingly" discussing with Rachel Maddox on national TV how they would go on a shopping spree with Trump's money. Contrast that with Mace's low profile on her rape. It's been over 25 years since Mace spoke of her rape. But I am pretty sure she remembers the date and year. Something Carroll has trouble with.

Democrats are planning on going just as far as what they accuse Trump of doing in 2020. If Trump wins and they retake Congress. Democrats plan to not certify Trumps election. As I posted over 3 years ago. (Biden not yet president elect). Their actions would invoke the 12th amendment. The house would vote for president, the Senate for vice president. The rules for both houses would be the same, ONE VOTE per state regardless of the number of seats. 

The Democrats are also allowing illegal immigrants into the country intentionally. The census counts EVERYONE living in the country. In their minds the Illegals would boost the electoral count in blue states. They can't win on their record so they do what they do best. CHEAT!!

One way to fight them is to vote most (if not ALL) PROGRESSIVE Democrats out, replacing them with conservatives (or at a MINIMUM, Moderate Democrats).

Juanita Broaddrick accused Clinton of raping her in 1978. 
Leslie Millwee accused Clinton of sexually assaulting her in 1980. 
Paula Jones accused Clinton of exposing himself to her in 1991 as well as sexually harassing her.
Kathleen Willey accused Clinton of groping her without her consent in 1993. 

In 1999, Eileen Wellstone reiterated to reporters that she had accused Clinton of sexually assaulting her in 1969, when they were students at Oxford. Wellstone filed a complaint with the university, but no charges were brought against Clinton. 

A campaign staffer, Sandra Allen James, accused Clinton of sexually assaulting her in his hotel room in 1991. She claimed that he exposed himself to her and forced her to conduct oral sex on him while they were sitting on the couch. 

A former professor from the University of Arkansas claimed Clinton had groped a female student and tried to trap her in his office when he was a professor. This would later be backed up by a piece written by Daniel Harris and Teresa Hampton, which alleged that students at the university confirmed that Clinton had tried to force himself on them when he was a professor. 

Karen Hinton, who served in the Clinton administration under the HUD Secretary Andrew Cuomo, told journalist Michael Isikoff that Clinton had harassed her at a fundraiser in 1984. Hinton claimed that Clinton had been staring at her and that he wrote down his hotel room number and a question mark on a napkin and gave it to her, which she said made her feel humiliated. 

Yet George Stephanopoulus says Nothing of this. In fact he worked to cover it up during the Clinton Presidency.

Not only is Joe Biden’s creepiness around young girls not something to be dismissed lightly, his refusal to fully apologize and change his ways is indicative of how little he cares about sexual assault.

March 13 Polling breakdown - Not looking good for Biden

Biden's job approval rating has only been higher then his Unfavorable rating during the first 8 months of his presidency. At this point in their presidency since Polling started with Truman, NOBODY has scored as low as Biden. Truman came closest but still had a 0.8% higher favorable rating. No other president has had a border crisis as Biden has. And the open border is INTENTIONAL. For comparison, Biden's Approval rating is currently 38.0%, At this point of their presidency, Truman was at 38.8% and Jimmy Carter was at 48.9%. 

Among Presidents that served a single term: Again, Biden at 38.0%, Trump at 41.7%, George H.W. Bush 40.5% Carter 48.9%.

The latest Harris poll asked 2,017 Registered voters, "If the election were held today who would you vote for?" 44% of Independent voters said Donald Trump, 29% said Joe Biden and 27% were not sure. Independent voters are the ones to watch. Democrat voters will go with Biden, Republican voters will go with Trump but Independent's can go either way.

The most recent Yougov poll asked the following: " Regardless of who you prefer, who do you think would win the presidential election if Joe Biden were the Democratic candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican candidate?"

Donald Trump 45%

Joe Biden 33%

Undecided 22%

One thing is for certain, the last 8 polls put Biden Disapproval ratings well above 52% and his approval ratings tanking.
